This 6 pack sample has 2-20g packet of each of the following regions; Peru, Ethiopia, Brazil.
 
PERUVIAN
This is a Peru from the Monteverde processing farm. This washed coffee is dried on raised beds and stored in ideal conditions before being shipped and roasted by us in Ottawa. Taste notes of this medium to medium-dark coffee ranges from a peanut aroma to a round, well-balanced currant finish. Enjoy this all-rounder as an espresso, pour over or on drip.
 
BRAZIL
Being one of the world’s largest distributor of green beans, we sure picked a goodie. The farm spreads over a great deal of São Paulo, so selecting a region can be tricky, but we feel it’s a great fit for our arsenal with stunning hazelnut and chocolate notes, it makes for a full bodied and robust espresso or filter coffee. As with all our beans, this a washed Arabica which compliments our fluid bed roasting style best.
 
ETHIOPIA
The birthplace of coffee. This washed Arabica boasts some stunning citrus front-end notes and bright, black tea-like mouthfeel finish. Ethiopia is commonly used in blends to brighten a deep and robust coffee but is amazing as a single origin pour over. A perfect afternoon pick-me-up or for those with an inkling for a brighter, softer cup of coffee.
