Black Garlic Mustard

This unique-tasting condiment is special. 
It's made with garlic we ferment for up to two weeks before being ground into a fine dust and mixed with our mustard.
Try it as a replacement of dijon when making Caesar salad dressing. It's great on steak and any sandwich.
